We’re sorry things didn’t work out! To get started with a return please make sure that your order qualifies for a valid return;
We will gladly exchange or accept returns for store credit within 14 days of your order date when accompanied by the original eReceipt or packing slip. We are not currently accepting returns for REFUNDS via our online store and in accordance with our local mandated health order. All products being returned must be sent in original packaging, with tags attached, unworn and in new condition to be valid for return.
The following items CANNOT be returned or exchanged:
- Sale or discounted items
- Intimates (bralettes, underwear, socks, etc.)
- Hats / Headwear
- Face Masks / Facial Coverings
Return freight is covered by customer - we are not responsible for lost, stolen, or damaged in shipment returns (shipping insurance is recommended).
All claims of defective merchandise MUST be made within 3 days of receiving. All merchandise is inspected for defects 3 times prior to order processing, packaging, and shipment.
