We’re sorry things didn’t work out! To get started with a return please make sure that your order qualifies for a valid return;
The following items CANNOT be returned or exchanged:
- Sale or discounted items
- Intimates (bralettes, underwear, socks, etc.)
- Hats / Headwear
- Face Masks / Facial Coverings
In addition any & all products being returned must be sent back in original packaging, with tags attached, unworn and in new condition to be valid for return.
Returns are for STORE CREDIT ONLY. We will gladly exchange or accept returns for store credit within 14 days of your order date when accompanied by the original eReceipt or packing slip. Requests for returns MUST be made within 5 days of receiving order. Requests for returns can be made via e-mail and our contact form below.
Return freight is covered by customer - we are not responsible for lost, stolen, or damaged in shipment returns (shipping insurance is recommended). Any return shipment not received within 14 days will not be accepted & customer pays return shipping.
All claims of defective merchandise MUST be made within 3 days of receiving. All merchandise is inspected for defects 3 times prior to order processing, packaging, and shipment.
